Cylinder welding standard:
1. Flange connection part inside the cylinder: Full welding on both sides of the inside and outside after bolt connection assembly;
2. The flange connection part of the cylinder body: after pressing the asbestos rope, the connection and assembly are firm (including the longitudinal and longitudinal joints);
3. After the top of the lime silo is firmly butted and then welded firmly to the cylinder;
4. After the lower vertebral body is butt welded firmly, it is fully welded to the cylinder on both sides;
5. The groove and the cylinder are tightly welded;
6. The support and the cylinder, including the disc groove, are aligned and welded evenly, and the lower plane of the support is required to be on the same level.
The lime silo with a diameter of 6 meters must have an effective volume of not less than 500T. The tank has a diameter of 6 meters and a height of 12 meters. It is made of carbon steel with a thickness of 14-22 thicknesses. The inner wall is treated with anticorrosion, and the outer wall is made of sand to remove rust. The paint color is agreed upon, and the discharge height is 4.2 meters.
