Main Structural Components
(1) Silo: Capacity 10-300m³.
(2) Top Dust Collector: Pulse back blowing cylindrical dust collector, high purification efficiency.
(3) Safety Valve: A pressure safety valve specifically designed for the silo to provide safety protection in the system.
(4) Activation Hopper: Effectively prevents material from arching, clogging, and sticking within the silo.
(5) Pneumatic Butterfly Valve: Installed below the activation hopper, used to open and close the outlet of the silo.
(6) Screw Conveyor: Uses rotating screw blades to move lime powder along the spiral tube for conveying work.
(7) Feed Pipe: DN100 diameter, made of seamless steel pipe according to national standards, with reliable strength.
(8) Powder Filter: Effectively filters impurities from powders, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the silo system.
(9) Soft Connection: It compensates for displacement and stress caused by equipment vibration and powder conveying, and also helps adjust for assembly errors.
(10) Level Gauge: It adopts a resistance rotary level switch, installed on the side wall of the silo, and sets three levels: high, medium, and low.
(11) Top Guardrail: Install guardrails along the edge of the silo at the top of the silo for easy access to equipment and maintenance.
(12) Steel Ladder: The steel ladder is installed on the side wall of the silo for easy access to the top of the silo for equipment maintenance.
(13) Liquid Level Gauge: An ultrasonic liquid level gauge, installed on the top of the dissolving tank, continuously monitors the liquid level within the tank.
(14) Electrical Control Cabinet: The main electrical components are from Siemens and Schneider brands, with reliable quality to ensure stable silo system operation.

Auxiliary Flow Air Disc: Either 8 or 4 auxiliary flow air discs are installed based on the silo’s diameter.
Chemical Dissolving Tank: Set beside or below the silo, and the powder conveyed by the screw conveyor is mixed with water, dissolved, and prepared into lime lotion for storage.
Agitator: The paddle-type agitator is vertically installed at the top of the dissolving tank. With its high speed, it effectively mixes the liquid, enabling the powder to dissolve quickly.
Water Mist Dust Collector: Installed on the top of the chemical dissolving tank, can effectively prevent dust from overflowing.
Automatic Inlet Valve: Installed on the inlet pipeline of the solvent tank, an electromagnetic valve or pneumatic butterfly valve can be selected.
Inlet Pipeline Component: Effectively filters impurities in the water source and visually displays the water pressure and volume of the inlet water.
