Wuxi Hengke Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese manufacturer of custom non-standard wastewater treatment equipment, has completed the delivery and pre-commissioning support for a comprehensive lime-based chemical dosing and sludge handling system to a large-scale municipal wastewater treatment plant in central Turkey.
The turnkey package includes three core components engineered to meet stringent European environmental standards and local operational requirements:
1 × Fully Automated Lime Silo Storage System (including 50m³ carbon steel lime silo with dust collector, pneumatic conveying, and precision slaking unit).
1 × Automatic PAM Polymer Dosing Unit with dual-tank preparation, variable-speed dosing pumps, and PLC control.
1 × Heavy-Duty Sludge Scraper for Circular Clarifier (diameter:7m), featuring stainless steel blades and low-maintenance gear drive.
Our integrated design-combining our patented lime silo sealing technology with intelligent PAM dosing logic-ensured stable coagulation and sedimentation performance, critical for meeting discharge limits.
All equipment was manufactured at Hengke's facility in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, and shipped via FCL container from Shanghai Port. Despite complex logistics across Eurasia, the shipment arrived on schedule, supported by Hengke's dedicated export team, which provided bilingual documentation (English/Turkish) and CE-compliant technical files.
The system is now undergoing final installation and commissioning with remote support from Hengke's engineers via video call-a service model increasingly adopted by the company to ensure seamless global project execution.
