1. Check whether the parts and components of the equipment are consistent with the delivery list;
2. Check whether the size of the concrete foundation on site meets the requirements of the drawings; if it does not meet the requirements of the drawings, it needs to be rectified in time; the equipment can be installed only if it meets the installation requirements;
3. Before installation, you need to carefully read and refer to the "Parts Marking and Installation Diagram" to understand the role of each component and the installation location;
4. The preparation tank is in place (it needs to be in place before installation on the bottom platform of the silo);
5. Installation of the bottom platform of the silo: the bottom platform needs to be installed according to the orientation requirements of the drawing, and the position of the preparation tank should be adjusted;
6. Before hoisting the silo body, screw the level gauge into the silo silo body according to the drawings; make sure that the wiring port of the level gauge faces downwards; hoist the straight end of the feed pipe on the silo body according to the drawings. Use U-bolts to lock the feed pipe and fix the straight pipe;
7. The silo is in place: use a steam crane to place the lime silo body on the bottom platform column according to the orientation requirements of the drawing, and connect it firmly with bolts, and adjust the verticality of the cylinder (the verticality of the upper and lower planes shall not exceed 5mm), Install the connecting platform between the silos, and after confirming that the platform between the silos can be installed accurately, weld the bottom plate of the silo body leg to the embedded iron plate on the concrete foundation;
8. Install inclined ladders and spiral ladders and their guardrails;
9. Use a steam hoist to hoist the silo top dust collector on the cylinder body according to the drawing requirements, and fasten it with bolts; install the breathing valve, directly remove the hoop and use the hoop to connect the top of the silo with the Φ273 pipe and the breathing valve. The air pipe is well connected with the dust collector on the top of the warehouse;
10. Install the lower feed pipe according to the drawings, including straight pipes, gate valves, quick connectors, etc.;
11. Use the electric hoist auxiliary tool to connect the vibrating silo bottom discharger (activation hopper) with bolts and tighten the bottom cone flange of the silo body according to the requirements of the product manual;
12. Connect the plug-in valve, soft connection, connection section, star feeder, screw conveyor, water curtain dust removal, level gauge, water inlet pipe, mixer and other components in sequence according to the drawings;
13. To connect all diagonal braces, railings and other accessories, it is necessary for on-site welding to reinforce the on-site welding and paint anti-corrosion treatment;
14. The electrical control cabinet is fixed on the bracket, and the bracket is fixed at a conspicuous position under the silo. The position can be adjusted according to the drawings or actual conditions on site.
15. Connect the wiring of the electrical control cabinet and the relevant parts of the equipment according to the electrical principle icon; the trial operation test can be carried out after the inspection is correct.
