Since the lime Steel silo has been commissioned and operated on site, the main problems are:
When the on-site lime tanker was charging lime, the phenomenon of lime flying out of the top was very serious, which brought great pressure to the sewage treatment plant and project operation. On-site inspection revealed the following conditions:
（1）Dust collector does not work
The original dust collector is a filter element dust collector, the filter area is small, and the filter element is blocked. You need to change the type of dust collector according to the actual situation. Replace with a bag filter. The filter area is 22 square meters and the bag replacement is easy;
（2）The safety valve is not working (damaged). Because the dust collector does not work, a large amount of lime powder-containing air cannot be effectively filtered and intercepted by the lime hopper truck when transporting lime, and all the air is discharged through the safety valve, causing the safety valve to be damaged.

（1）. Ensure the quality of the feed quicklime
The stable operation of the equipment has a great relationship with the external conditions. It is recommended to purchase lime powder according to the following parameters:

Bulk density: 1.1~1.2 (reference)
Content: ≥85%
Specification: 200~300 mesh, pass rate 90%
Moisture: ≤1%
Slaked lime
Ca (OH) 2 fine powder, environmental protection grade
Bulk density: 0.6~0.8 (reference)
Content: ≥85%
Specification: 200~400 mesh, pass rate 90%

（2）. The dust collector and other equipment should be cleaned in time
The dust concentration in the working environment of this set of equipment is relatively high, and it is easy to be damp when placed outdoors. The filter cloth of the top dust collector should be cleaned and replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
