1. Lime storage steel silo is a sealed container for storing powdered lime. It is composed of lime storage steel silos body, level gauge, feed pipe, dust removal device, arch breaking and dehumidification, internal and external ladders, manholes, etc. The amount of powder in the lime storage steel silo is displayed by the level meter; when the level is low, the PLC electrical control cabinet displays the lack of material status, reminding the water treatment staff to prepare materials in time. The material is fed into the bin through the feed pipe. When the powder material in the bin is full during the feeding process, the high position is displayed, prompting the staff that the material in the bin is full. Dust is easy to generate during the feeding process, which will affect the surrounding environment and the operating conditions of employees. It is necessary to turn on the dust removal device during feeding to collect and coalesce the generated dust and return it to the lime silo.
2. Balance water tank The balance water tank is an automatic water supply tank, which is composed of a tank body, a liquid level float valve, a liquid level gauge, and a liquid level controller.
3. Lime milk dissolving box The lime milk dissolving box is composed of a tank and a mixer; the lime powder material enters the tank and the tap water is directly stirred by the mixer to dissolve into a certain concentration of lime emulsion.
4. The lime emulsion in the lime milk mixing box of the dosing pump is put to the point of use by the dosing pump. The dosing pump is generally a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant chemical pump.
Lime Powder Steel Silo Equipment Operation
1. Feeding: When running intermittently, first turn on the dust-removing vibration motor, and then start feeding. After the feeding is completed, (lag behind) turn off the dust-removing vibration motor.
2. Unloading: Continuous operation turns on the vibrating motor of the oscillator in turn → turn on the feeder motor → turn on the screw conveyor, and send the material to the lime milk dissolving box.
3. Lime emulsion preparation: open the water inlet valve of the milk of lime dosing system to feed water in continuous operation. When the liquid level of the dissolving tank reaches the working level of the mixer, turn on the mixer to fully mix the water and the lime powder to form a lime emulsion.
4. Lime emulsion dosing: open the valves before and after the dosing pump in sequence in continuous operation → open the dosing pump, and put the liquid medicine to each dosing point → open the reflux valve to adjust the amount of liquid medicine for the processing medicine.
The electrical equipment consists of a vibration motor, a level gauge, a reducer, a feeder, a dosing pump motor, a control cabinet, etc. The speed regulating device in the control cabinet can adjust the output frequency of the feeder motor to change the motor speed and control the feeding the amount. (Note: It is not unlimited speed change. The adjustment range of feeding amount is -30%~+30%. Take 500Kg/h as an example, the change range is 350~650Kg/h)
Lime Powder Steel Silo Installation and Operation Debugging:
1. The floor of the equipment installation site for mechanical equipment installation is required to be leveled. The location of each equipment (including the location of the embedded parts of the equipment and the embedment) must be arranged in accordance with the equipment placement plan issued by the supplier, and each equipment shall be welded with embedded steel plates or feet. Fix between bolts, expansion bolts and the ground.
Precautions:
A. Good sealing between the connecting pipes and flexible opening and closing of the valve;
B. The agitator is installed vertically, which is fixed and reliable. Fill the lubricating oil according to the operation manual of the reducer before operation;
C. The installation of the dosing pump is carried out in accordance with the instruction manual, and the inlet and outlet ports are tightly sealed.
2. Electrical equipment installation See the relevant drawings of the design unit for the electrical equipment installation layout. Note: The terminals are firmly connected, the switch control of each electrical appliance is flexible, and the electrical insulation conforms to the national standard.
3. Operation and debugging (for reference only) Preparations before operation: Check that the electrical wiring and equipment are in the pre-operational state, everything is normal and safe; the containers are clean and free of debris, the valve positions are correct, and the entire set of equipment is normal and undamaged.
