Conveying mode of shaftless screw conveyor

Compared with the ordinary screw conveyor, the conveying mode of the shaftless screw conveyor is basically the same as that of the ordinary screw conveyor. The spiral body of the conveyor has no mandrel, and thick blades are welded into a spiral body. When the conveyor is running, the rotating spiral body is driven to slide in contact with the liner at the bottom of the inner wall of the shell. The material forms a protective layer between the spiral body and the inner wall of the shell, the spiral body does not directly contact the inner wall, and the outer shell and the spiral blade are less worn. Compared with the drive shaft screw conveyor, the screw conveyor adopts the design of no mandrel and intermediate suspension device, and the whole use of spiral blades to propel the material, which has the following advantages

1. Shaftless screw conveyor has super abrasion resistance, durability and long service life.

2. Large torque and low energy consumption: Because of the shaftless, the material is not easy to be blocked, and the discharge port will not be blocked, so it can run at low speed, smooth transmission, and reduce energy consumption.

3. Large conveying capacity and long distance: The conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of the spiral of the same diameter, and the conveying distance can reach more than ten meters. According to customer requirements, multi-stage series installation is adopted.

4. The inner wall of the shell adopts a special liner, which can work under high temperature, and the liner of different materials can be used according to the characteristics of the conveying material.

5. Strong anti-winding performance: The use of no central axis and suspension device has special advantages for the conveyor belt-like easy-winding materials, and prevents the material from clogging during the conveying process and causing mechanical failure.

6. Good environmental performance: The enclosed conveying and easy-to-clean spiral surface ensure environmental sanitation and the conveyed materials are not polluted or leaked.

7. The rotary conveyor has fewer components and less routine maintenance. It has the advantages of simple structure, tightness, and convenient operation.

8. Convenient discharging: the bottom discharging can be used, or the end discharging can be used.
