Sodium Acetate Storage Silo Installation
The installation instructions for the Sodium Acetate Storage Silo are as follows:
(1) The floor of the equipment installation site for mechanical equipment installation is required to be level. The equipment location (including the location of the embedded parts of the equipment and the embedment) must be arranged in accordance with the equipment placement plan issued by the supplier. Each equipment shall be welded or grounded with embedded steel plates. The anchor bolts, expansion bolts and the ground are fixed.
(2) Matters needing attention: A. The connection between the pipes is well sealed, and the valve is opened and closed flexibly; B. The agitator is installed vertically, and it is fixed and reliable. Before operation, add lubricating oil according to the operation manual of the reducer; C. Install the dosing pump according to the operation manual, The inlet and outlet ports are tightly sealed.
(3) Electrical equipment installation See the relevant drawings of the design unit for the electrical equipment installation layout. Note: The terminals are firmly connected, the switch control of each electrical appliance is flexible, and the electrical insulation conforms to the national standard.
(4) Operation and debugging (for reference only) Preparations before operation: check to confirm that the electrical wiring and equipment are in the pre-operational state, everything is normal and safe; all containers are clean and free of debris, valve positions are correct, and the entire set of equipment is normal and undamaged.
