Equipment Composition
The Sodium Acetate Storage and Transportation Systems consists of a feed pipe, a silo top dust collector, a pressure vacuum release valve, a silo, a vibrating silo bottom unloader, a manual flapper valve, a star unloader, a screw conveyor, a top platform and guardrails, It is composed of straight steel ladder and soft connection. The brands of silo roof dust collector, vibrating unloading hopper, star unloader, screw conveyor, pressure relief valve, and level gauge are all internationally renowned brands of WAM. Dissolving medicine system: It is composed of water inlet pipeline, dissolving medicine tank, dissolving medicine tank mixer, medicine adding tank, and medicine adding tank mixer.
Medicine storage system: consists of a medicine storage tank and a medicine storage tank mixer.
Control system: It is composed of an electric control cabinet, a level gauge and a frequency converter.
Production Process
The processing technology of the Sodium Acetate Storage and Transportation Systems is as follows:
(1) The flange connection part of the cylinder body: the inner and outer sides are fully welded after bolting assembly;
(2) The flange connection part of the cylinder body: After pressing the asbestos rope, the connection and assembly are firm (including vertical and horizontal joints);
(3) After the top of the sodium acetate silo is firmly butt-connected, then it is welded firmly to the cylinder;
(4) After the butt welding of the lower vertebral body is firmly welded to both sides of the cylinder body;
(5) The groove and the cylinder are tightly welded;
(6) The support and the cylinder including the disc groove are aligned and welded evenly, and the lower plane of the support is required to be on the same level.
