Working Principle
The stainless steel inclined screw conveyor is mainly composed of a driving device, a conveying trough, a frame, and a shaftless spiral blade. The driving device drives the shaftless spiral blades to rotate, and the slag or sludge is transported to the end discharge port through the spiral blades.
The feed hopper of the stainless steel inclined screw conveyor is flared upwards to accept the discharge of the grid decontamination machine or dewatering machine. Except for the material receiving port, the rest are sealed with a cover. The stainless steel inclined screw conveyor has excellent sealing performance to ensure that the slag, water, and odor will not overflow from the casing.
