The conveying principle of the shaftless screw auger conveyor is basically the same as that of the general screw conveyor: that is, like a rotating screw shaft, driving a nut to move along its axial direction, the screw body is equivalent to the screw shaft, and the material is equivalent to the nut. When the spiral body continuously rotates, the material is also continuously conveyed. The spiral body of the shaftless screw auger conveyor is a thick ribbon blade, driven by the drive end shaft, without a shaft in the middle, and the spiral body is in contact (sliding) with the bottom liner of the inner wall of the casing.
Compared with the traditional screw conveyor with shaft, the shaftless screw auger conveyor adopts a shaftless design and uses a flexible integral steel screw to push materials, so it has the following outstanding advantages: strong anti-winding.
