Working Principle

The stored lime powder is loosely and uniformly fed by the oscillator to the variable frequency speed control feeder for quantitative feeding. The system is fully controlled by the PLC program, and the level is displayed; the high and low levels of the liquid level are displayed and the system stops when the liquid level is low, and the system runs automatically when the liquid level is high; the concentration of the liquid medicine is controlled by the frequency converter to control the feeder motor speed to reach the quantitative feeding control.
