Working Principle
The powdered activated carbon is sent to the activated carbon storage bin by the compressed air that comes with the transport vehicle through the feed pipe; when the mixture of powder and compressed air enters the activated carbon storage bin, it passes through the dust collector on the top of the bin, and the air is discharged. The filter bag of the dust collector is oscillated and cleaned by the cleaning device, and the powder is shaken down into the silo.
The electric control cabinet is equipped with "high material level" and "low material level" alarm functions, so that the operator can grasp the material level; the material level of dry chemicals in the silo must be "high" and "low" not only on the panel of the electric control cabinet The upper indicator light shows and the buzzer alarms, and the alarm signal is output to the PLC in the central control room.
