Single auger screw flights are widely used for conveying materials, such as massive, granular, powdery and other materials, or some high-temperature, corrosive materials, instead of manual handling, and higher efficiency. It is installed in a closed pipeline or a semi-closed U-shaped groove, and one end is equipped with power to form a screw conveyor. Single auger screw flight can be processed in customized sizes according to customer requirements.
Product Classification
Single auger screw flight can also be made of different materials according to different purposes. Commonly used materials are ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, manganese steel, etc.
For ordinary materials, such as sawdust, plastic particles, and powders, ordinary spiral blades can be used, and the material is carbon steel;
If the material is transported with minerals and the particles are harder, the manganese with higher wear resistance should be selected.
Steel increases its service life, in some food processing equipment, stainless steel spiral blades should be used in consideration of food hygiene.
