The physical and chemical properties of PAM are: it is easy to be damp, the powder is not easy to disperse in water, it needs a certain curing time, and it is not easy to clean up when scattered in the outside world. The characteristics of PAM are fully considered in the design, and the system completely avoids these unfavorable factors during the preparation process.
The vacuum suction machine feeds materials completely, and will not be scattered to other places, realizing a clean and dust-free operating environment.
The unique dry powder soaking device makes PAM fully contact with water during pre-dissolution, avoiding the dry powder from forming agglomerates and forming a fish-eye shape that is difficult to dissolve, avoiding wasting PAM dry powder and saving processing costs.
The powder feeding device is equipped with frequency conversion to adjust the feeding amount, and at the same time, it is equipped with a heat preservation device to achieve accurate feeding and prevent long-term contact of external moisture with powder and agglomeration when the feeding is stopped.

PAM dosing system includes dry speculation, screw conveyor, dry powder infiltration device, dissolution tank, storage tank, mixer, water inlet device, electric control box control panel, and all necessary control components and valve accessories.
